5.TCG:What made you become a barista?
Sandra: I kind of just fell into it after high school. I’ve always loved coffee and had a desire to travel so being a barista was perfect for me. I love what I do and it allowed me to always find work.
6.TCG:What food do you think is the best compliment to a really great coffee?

Sandra: When I was working in a café in Docklands 5 years ago Hugh Jackman came in and I had to make him a decaf skinny latte. He brought it back to get an extra shot because it wasn’t strong enough, but we’ll forgive him because he’s even more beautiful in person.
8.TCG:What is the most exciting thing happening in coffee right now for you?
Sandra: A well-known fast food establishment finally admitting their coffee sucks. Who knew?! I’m interested to see how they go with that.
