Well it has been proven that good cafes help increase the property price in the area. Check out the article in Melbourne’s Herald Sun in which The Coffee Guide was quoted. While it is understandable that sellers will try to increase their asking price by any means, will it be fair for these prices to decrease if the cafes in the area are found to be below average? Is this an opportunity for property developers buy up cheap property in neglected suburbs, then open up great cafes and watch the vaule increase. Maybe it time to put down the property section and pck up a copy of the Guide when looking for you dream home.
